Our goal at Dickinson by Design is to establish long term relationships based on trust and consistent performance. We are committed to going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and - like the retailers we service - we are available seven days a week to address needs or answer questions.
We make every effort to ensure that all of our products are of the finest quality and finish, and each piece is carefully inspected before delivery or shipment. We also warranty all of our products against manufacturing defects for a full twelve months from the time of purchase. In addition we offer complimentary refinishing, prong re-tipping and stone tightening for any product originating in our studio.
After review, all refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
