Shipping Methods
For fastest delivery, all orders greater than $500 in value will be shipped UPS Priority Overnight. This includes any loose diamond, jewelry, or engagement ring ordered regardless of the exact value. All orders of $500 or less are shipped via UPS second day delivery. Order status and tracking information are available from the Dickinson by Design and through www.ups.com.

- Insure and register all items for their full value.
- Use only FedEx, UPS, and USPS priority overnight services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.

Alternate Shipping Addresses
At the time your order is placed, we will collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local UPS station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest UPS facility.
International Shipping
Dickinson by Design offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States. The shipping and insurance for international customers is $75 US + 1% of total order amount for customers paying by bank wire and $75 US + 3% of total order amount for customers paying by credit card. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO location. Please keep in mind, however, that APO shipments are done through the US Post Office and can take up to three weeks to arrive.
