Instructions for the safe and secure shipment of your item(s) are below.
Please follow these instructions EXACTLY to avoid any unnecessary delays or
problems.
1. Print a copy of this email so that it may be included with your product.
2. Obtain a small plain brown box or small box provided through the US Post
Office. Package your item(s) along with a copy of this email and any
additional documentation included with your product.
3. Take your package to your nearest US Post Office location.
4. At the Post Office, request REGISTERED MAIL WITH INSURANCE. Registered
mail is the safest way to ship valuables in the United States. The cost to
ship your item with insurance will range from $5-$25. If you are quoted a
price above $25 then you are not using registered mail.
5. Send the package to the following address:

Your item will take approximately 2-7 days to arrive back in our office.
Once it arrives we will confirm that everything is in original, undamaged
condition and then contact you.
OUR PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU VIA U.P.S. OR FEDEX OVERNIGHT DELIVERY AND WILL BE SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
